Just a quick follow up...I received an email from Kent at Putnam asking if I had sold my car. I told him I did trade it in and purchased a new Highlander. Kent said he would like to make it up to us and then offered to service my new Toyota or detail it...complimentary! Although I don't work in customer service any longer, this is the type of actions that will get my repeat and referral business. I do plan on servicing my new Toyota at Putnam!
