Have bought two cars here over the years - good buying exper. both times-new toy and used bmw Dan, Jamal and Mike were a great help on my most recent (used) purchase- they were super professional and helpful (Jamal spotted a dash warning light during my test drive - Dan got the car inspected and repaired by bmw - no additional cost to me - I was thrilled - this was not a certified pre-owned vehicle - they did the right thing and I liked their teamwork - they value developing a lifetime customer. I'll be back in a few years.

Got my Highlander Hybrid here with the help of Jeff Hershman. After some online searches and some emails exchange, Jeff found what we were looking for and able to make the whole process ran smoothly. We made an appt, got our paperwork done, and drove our new car away in a couple of hours. Quick and painless. And we got the best price as well, compared to all the dealers whom we emailed. Sunnyvale Toyota asked us to pay $500 deposit before they would TRY to find us the car we were looking for. Jeff was the only one able to get the car we wanted and the price we liked in a timely fashion. Thanks, Jeff. We had the car for a month now and very satisfied with our purchase.

I got a great deal at Putnam Toyota. Jeff Hershman took great care of me and I was very impressed by the price and the service I received. The irony is that I live very close to a different Toyota dealer (and I love convenience), but I got such a better deal from Jeff, I had to make the trip to Putnam. Thanks guys for great service!

A couple months back, we purchased a Toyota Camry from Jeff Hershman and the team at Putnam Toyota. We communicated primarily through e-mail and phone prior to our purchase. Jeff was very patient in addressing our fairly specific desires for the options. In addition to his responsiveness, he was able to offer many models that were in-stock. It was especially annoying dealing with some other dealers who would promise many cars at a certain price, but would pull the rug out from under us after we showed up. When we came to Putnam, Jeff was waiting at the door for us with the car ready to go. In the end, we had the car we wanted for a fair price. We couldn't recommend Jeff and Putnam more!

I had a great experience buying a car at Putnam from Dan Dishart. He was very helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. He was patient and took his time to explain the intricacies of the car as I have never driven a Prius before. I would highly recommend working with Dan!
