I bought a Prius C this month. The experience overall was very nice and efficient at Putnam Toyota. Tony helped us. He was very sincere, honest, and straight forward, complete opposite of a stereotypical car sales rep. (But of course Prius is a very popular and reliable product and they sell themselves:)). I was considering a C 4, upgraded version that would have cost $5000 more but he gave me an honest analysis and we decided the add-ons weren't really worth for us.

The folks at Putnam continue to be of great assistance even a month after my purchase. Jeff Hershman helped me with tracing my DMV plates and another inconvenience. He's a great salesperson who really cares about all his customers being totally satisfied. Rich in SF

I have brought my minivan here for maintenance and just bought a used Camry from this business. So far I have been very happy with everything. John E. did a great job helping me get my new Camry. He was such a nice guy and very helpful. He even delivered the car to my house! Thank you John. Also the finance guy Dave was great and very pleasant to deal with. I will recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new or used Toyota.

Just completed our purchase of a 2017 Toyota Prius V from Putnam Toyota. We had a specific trim and color combination in mind, and an internet search revealed it was only in stock at a small number of dealerships in the Bay Area, Putnam being one of them. I sent out e-mail inquires to all the dealers, and Putnam's Internet Sales Manager, Jeff Hershman, was one of the quickest to respond. Although Putnam's original price was competitive, it wasn't the lowest. Jeff bent over backwards to make it so, including putting up with a last minute negotiation over all-weather floor mats that might have killed the offer at other dealerships. Jeff persevered and won our business. I was equally pleased that once we'd agreed to the deal by e-mail, there was very little up-selling (besides pre-paid maintenance and extended warranties) when we went in to sign the paperwork. No one pushing undercoating or fabric protection, just the price we'd been quoted and a bunch of papers to sign. So, the car we wanted, a low-pressure salesman that made me feel like he was working on my behalf, and a no hassle purchase and delivery. Do yourself a favor, if you're in the market for a new Toyota, give Jeff Hershman at Putnam Toyota a call.

We just bought a new Tacoma truck here and I've got to say, it was a pretty good experience. My husband was looking for a TRD off-road long bed all over the peninsula before settling on Putnam because of the good deal offered him by Jeff Hershman without the "game-playing" he got from a couple other dealers. My husband loved his 2007 Tacoma, but we are really happy with the new one with all the great new features. I would definitely recommend Putnam.
