I would ask for Eric Brooks. I'm a huge car fanatic and have bought and sold many cars. You want the most informed guy who's been there at Putnam for about 20 years and is a straight shooter on price.

I just recently bought a Prius from Nader who made the whole process great! I had done my research and contacted many of the dealerships in the area and Putnam definitely offered competitive prices. The reason I ended up buying my Prius here was because of Nader's professionalism and friendliness. Sometimes it can be very unpleasant dealing with salesman but I was willing to pay a bit extra to work with Nader. Great price for the value of the car and Nader is definitely a great asset for Putnam! Would recommend him to anyone!

Update: After a great buying experience here, I recently went back for routine maintenance. The service team was fast, effective, and had great communication. They said it would be 1-2 hours but ended up being done in less than 1. I've been to other Toyota dealerships for service and they were AWFUL, this place is as good as it gets!

We just purchased a 2017 Toyota Prius Prime. This is the second one we bought in the last two months. Both times our sales person was Abdul Asalati. Our experience buying these two cars was the best in many years. Abdul is honest, helpful, and low keyed. For the second Prius we wanted a specific color. Abdul called every time one came in. If you want an excellent car buying experience I would recommend working with Abdul. BTW the car is totally amazing
