After owning my 2004 Prius for 13 years, it was time for it to go to the great recycle bin in the sky. My husband and I set up and appointment, drove the 2017 Prius Prime, loved it, bought it and drove it away. Jeff Hershman was great. Straight shooter who knew the features of the car. No haggling, no stress just service. Just the way I like it! Antoni did a great job, too. Although we didn't buy extras, he did his job without making us feel pressured.

Great service. They said initially it'll take 3 hours. I came prepared with books and snacks. But they also had a comfortable Lounge area with warm beverages and pastries. I felt comfortable and before I knew it they were done. In 2 hours. Excellent customer service.

Tried to shop local and visited Stevens Creek, Sunnyvale, and some dealership in Milpitas. But, hey, I'm not writing a review for them. ('Cuz if I was, it'd be 1 star...but let's focus on the positive!) Ended up at this dealership, like 30-40 min from home, and bought a 4Runner from Jeff Hershman! Do not mess around - Jeff makes it so easy. The most painless car buying process. Plus, I love his office - much like Jeff, it has a lot of personality. It's a very happy zone. Also love that they respect that time is money. Won't waste your time, I definitely appreciate that!

My girlfriend and I just moved from NYC to the Bay area. I was looking for a car ASAP for work and contacted Putnam Toyota prior to moving due to their high ratings. As soon as I sent a message on their website I received a phone call within the hour. From their I was able to communicate my needs and set an appointment. Upon arrival we were greeted by Elton in the Used Car department. He gave us a wealth of options and helped us get up to speed on finding a good used car within our budget (which was very tight!). Within the hour we were able to decide on a vehicle we wanted (Toyota Prius 2015 - roughly 45,000 miles) and work with Elton and his Finance Manager Antoni. Antoni work to find us the lowest interest on our payment that worked within my credit score. All in all I would definitely recommend going to Putnam Toyota. To be able to purchase a car upon arrival to a new place without getting scammed was a huge help!

These guys are real pros! Scheduled fast and had my car done in no time. Love the coffee/snack bar too! Highly highly recommend!

Jeff Hershman made buying a new corolla, for my fiancá and me a truly wonderful experience. Even better when he left us in the carrying hands of that sweet man Mike (if you meet him you'll know what I mean he really does care) who made sure we got the price we had spoke about. After Jeff yet again helped us, this time to find our own insurance. We were both on our parent's insurance plans and now needed our own. Jeff waited with us as we frutratedly looked for a plan that would fit us, he didn't hesitate he called up his contacts and got ahold of somone for us. He let us borrow his phone and sat there with us while we negotiated our new insurance plan(he helped us negotiate as well). During this time I couldn't help but, notice Jeff never took a lunch . Just wanted to say thank you Jeff and Mike for all your help you two guys are the best
