A genuine gentlemen. David Proctor was a very thorough financial adviser and paperwork handler too... Great team! Putnam Toyota is worth going a few extra miles if your thinking of leasing or buying. I bought a certified Toyota Prius recently with Putnam Toyota, and I am really happy with the one I purchased. I had looked at quite a few cars at the other dealers and I could easily see that their inventory of used cars visibly stood out. Jeff Hershman was my POC, and made the entire process very easy. He spent a good amount of time with me showing their inventory and allowing me to test drive. He sat with me and explained the financials and even offered to provide details of an insurance agent. George also went through my options, and helped me decide on service add-ons. They even worked me for an hour so after-hours, helping me drive back my car on the same day. I should say I am really glad I contacted Jeff, and would gladly recommend him to a friend.

Edie was such a big help and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. She went above and beyond for me to test out the exact model that would fit me the best.

Working with Jeff Hershman and Putnam Toyota was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had! He gave us a very good price and was very thoughtful of our desires. This is the second car we have bought from Jeff and look forward to working with him again! He took an active interest in who we were and what the correct car was for us, showing us the different features of the Prius we chose, but not overwhelming us. One of us is pretty allergic to new car smell and he was fine with giving a test drive with the windows wide open on a wintery afternoon. Michael, who went through the final paperwork, was also wonderful, letting us know about different warranty options without pushing us into something we didn't want. Both Jeff and Michael treated us equally as partners, refreshing from some of the sexism we have experienced at other dealerships. We arrived home with our new car feeling both excited and relaxed, knowing that we had made a good decision.
