I bought a certified Toyota Prius recently with Putnam Toyota, and I am really happy with the one I purchased. I had looked at quite a few cars at the other dealers and I could easily see that their inventory of used cars visibly stood out. Jeff Hershman was my POC, and made the entire process very easy. He spent a good amount of time with me showing their inventory and allowing me to test drive. He sat with me and explained the financials and even offered to provide details of an insurance agent. George also went through my options, and helped me decide on service add-ons. They even worked me for an hour so after-hours, helping me drive back my car on the same day. I should say I am really glad I contacted Jeff, and would gladly recommend him to a friend.
