Last weekend I received Rock Star treatment from Putnam Toyota. I drove here from an hour away. I drove past a half dozen other Toyota dealerships to give Putnam Toyota a shot. This is the 4th dealership I contacted since January to trade my 2018 Tacoma 4x4 off road for a 2020 TRD Pro. The previous 3 dealerships I contacted were lazy and inefficient about gaining my business. Stevens Creek, Vallejo and Capitol. I contacted the Putnam dealership online. Within 24 hours Eric got back to me. We then jumped on a quick call where I discussed my hopes in making a trade. Eric was very honest from the start not only about pricing but more importantly he is NOT a pushy salesman. We planned for me to come in on Friday but the day got away from me and he didn't make me feel bad for wanting to reschedule for Saturday. Upon our meeting he gave me 110% of his attention. We worked out a deal. The dealership got me in and out in under 3 hours. I don't need very much hand holding in this process... Eric and the dealership quickly recognized this and got me handled. Everyone at Putnam respected social distancing. All the employees wore masks and there was wipes/ hand sanitizer throughout. I arrived at 1:30p and I was on the road in my new truck by 4:28p. I can not express how impressive that is. Full appraisal, trade in, they cleaned up the new truck, filled the gas tank and had all my financing signed and sealed. These are difficult times and Putnam did everything to gain my trust/make me feel safe. They will always have my business. 5 starts no doubt.

For many, many years my Toyota has been taken care of by Putnam. My most recent visit was so stress free and satisfactory that I need to write this review.My appointment was at 10:30 am. Within 7 minutes, the car was taken in. A few days earlier, I did stop by another Toyota dealer service. Even with appointment made I waited for almost 30 minutes in my car. When asked, the staff person told me he had no idea when my car could be taken in. I just nicely told him that I need to leave. So glad to have checked around.At Putnam, the service was prompt, the technicians are professional and courteous. The waiting room is clean with fresh coffee, tea, fruits and donuts, AND no loud TV so I can relax well.Most of all, I trust the integrity of the staff. The conditions of my car were clearly explained. The pricing reasonable and transparent.I drove all the way from South San Francisco to Burlingame for the service. No problem at all. I will continue to rely on Putnam Toyota for keeping my car in good shape.

Eric was fantastic! Knowledgeable and flexible. Showed up at 5pm on a holiday and we never felt rushed. Got exactly what I wanted. 2019 Highlander. Red. Tow hitch and heated seats. Cargo cover and sunroof. Great service. Thank you.

I did a regular maintenance and service for my AVALON. Gerson was assigned to me, he was very patient in listening to the concerns I had and gave me suggestions for the vehicle. Finally when I got my vehicle back he explained what was done and what's to be done in future. I have been with Toyota for quite some time now but I must say this is by far my best experience in a service center.
