I am super happy with my new Toyota Rav4 purchased at Putnam Toyota. My first purchase was a Toyota Yaris, 10 years ago but now we needed something bigger because the family is expanding. Both vehicles were sold to me by Jaime Renderos who is a great honest salesman. We went to the dealership just to look at our options and pricing since the Toyota Rav4 had been on our mind for a while and Jaime was very patient and knowledgeable, he was never pushy into getting us to purchase. On our 2nd trip to the dealership we finally decided to purchase it and again Jaime was very patient with us and really cared about us being happy with our purchase. I give Jaime Renderos 10 stars for excellent customer service and definitely recommend him if you are looking to buy a car from Putnam.

I was reluctant to go to shops due to pandemic and what's going around lately but my old SUV was giving up on me so had to get a new car... Despite my hesitation, I had the best car purchasing experience at Putnam Toyota. The Salesperson Eddy was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm pretty clueless on cars but he was respectful and ensured that I'm understanding all the great features and differences between models. His Manager, Kino also helped me through the whole experience and I was very comfortable with my financing plan. I love their happy energy between them and the atmosphere at whole store. One hour out the door, I was with this beautiful RAV4 Hybrid XSE. Can't be happier. Thanks Putnam Toyota for making it so easy!

Great service from Abdul. Traded in my 3 yr lease for a new one, all took under 2.5 hours. Fast, easy, straight forward.
