Just got my brand new 2019 Camry from this location and I have to say it was by far the best service I've ever had! Thank you to Noli Bati who helped me get the best car that I've always wanted! Noli went above and beyond when helping me choose the perfect car for me, he treated us like family when we came into the dealership! 5 STARS! I also want to thank Mike also for helping us out with everything! Wouldn't have gotten the perfect car if it wasn't for those two!

Jeff Hershman, Internet & Fleet Sales Manager is awesome, he got my sister a great deal on Prius Prime. The transaction was quick and hassle free. He is also personable and honest and I would refer all friends and family to him.

This is long overdue, as I bought a car from Putnam Toyota back in September. I had a very specific car and color in mind, and one of the few places I could find it was Putnam. I've had bad experiences with other local Toyota dealerships in the past, so I didn't hold out much hope. Happily, my expectations were completely blown out of the water. I sent a message requesting pricing on the CHR that I was interested in, and Eric Brooks reached out to me early the next day (impressive considering that I sent the message late in the night!). He was able to give me the information I needed and we were able to negotiate the price over email - important for me, as I have a then-four month old and my time is extremely valuable. We had all the details set and made an appointment that evening for me to drive and purchase the vehicle. I got an email from him mid-afternoon letting me know the car had already been detailed and prepared and was ready to go! I went up that evening, met Eric, took the car for a drive and immediately bought it. The entire time, he was helpful, friendly and informative. The entire process was so easy and the amount of time between my first email to Putnam and driving away in my new CHR was less than 24 hours! Eric also emailed me to check in a few days later, to see if I had any questions and make sure everything was good. I am sad that Putnam is not near my house, as I would not hesitate to use them for service. I will definitely be returning to Putnam and Eric in the future any time I need a new vehicle. After an extremely disappointing experience with Fremont Toyota, I turned to my trusty friend Yelp to see if there were any decently rated Toyota dealerships around me to lease a Prius from. That search led me to Putnam Toyota. 4 1/2 star average and over 800 reviews@f0 Must be a hoax right@f0 I am here to tell you, it most absolutely is NOT! Putnam Toyota is amazing! I sent a message via their website and their Internet Sales Manager, Eric, got back to me almost instantly! After some back and forth, I put all our cards on the table and expressed I wanted to just come in, sign papers, and drive away with a new car. His response was "let's do this," and he absolutely did! I worked with him and his GM Andrey, who is also awesome by the way, and my husband and I proudly have a new Prius! They stuck to their end of the deal and we truly spent a minimal amount of time at the dealership (under 90 minutes and an hour of that was Eric showing us all the awesome features on our new car). He even had the car washed and waiting for us when we pulled up to the dealership! The Finance Manager, Antoni, was also great and breezed through the contract with us. Could not have been happier with this experience and I will absolutely be bringing my business back to Putnam Toyota!

I was in the area on Saturday so I wanted to test drive the 2019 86. I currently drive a Nissan Juke. I was shopping for a car that was sporty and has good performance. Gabe T. was my salesperson. Gabe is so cool and knowledgeable about cars. I first test drove the Toyota 86. It was good and liked the acceleration, handling and sporty cockpit. Gabe also recommended that I test drive the new Camry XSE V6. The new Camry is Gabe's favorite. I liked the power of the 301 hp, smooth ride, spacious interior and great sound system. The red leather interior was icing on the cake and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised on how much I enjoyed driving the Camry. I liked the Camry's sticker price better than the Infiniti Q50 Red Sport 400 I previously test drove. Most likely, I will lease the new Camry next year. I really appreciate how Gabe was patient and easy going. Gabe and I both have a love for Hip Hop and bonded over his music. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend working with Gabe. I will be back and will keep in touch with him and Putnam Toyota. Overall great experience. = )

I just recently bought a Toyota C-HR at Putnam Toyota Burlingame. Abdul provides such excellent customer service to make the whole buying process so smooth. He is patient and informative for all my questions about the vehicle. It's such a great experience buying my fourth Toyota at Putnam.
