I'm always able to call and make an appointment that suited my schedule they are always fast & courteous. They keep me up to date with any recalls and I always feel safe when I drive away.

My wife had an expiring lease and we headed in today with the intent to ground the current vehicle and maybe leave in a new one. Was very fortunate to work with Abdul. Honestly, heading to the car dealership is one of my least favorite activities, but this was a positive experience. Abdul was patient, understanding, and downright genuine. He made us feel comfortable and immediately earned our trust. There was no pressure to buy, and we were truly appreciative of that. Ultimately, after a few rounds of negotiations, we left with a newer version of the car we came in with. Thanks to Abdul and the team at Putnam. This was our 2nd vehicle from their dealership and will head back when it's time for another.

Jeff was wonderful towards my parents. He went and picked them up and brought them to the dealership when their car was totaled. He got them in and out in a jiffy. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Price was the most important to me, but after meeting Jeff, price is second next to his awesome personality. Thank you Big J

Abdul was awesome, got us the 4runner TRD off road with not problems. Gave his honest opinions that came in handy when it came down to deciding what features we wanted in our vehicle. Really nice guy, would highly recommend.

A few days ago, I came to Putnam Toyota to try and lease a Camry. Jeff Hershman worked with me for several hours on the lease price / conditions, until they were acceptable to me. It was no easy task, because there was a big difference between much more beneficial lease conditions 3 years ago and the current conditions, so, compared to my previous lease experience, leasing didn't seem to make much sense at first. However, thanks to Jeff's patience, professionalism and vast experience, we were able to arrive at the mutual agreement and conclude the deal. Jeff is a good-natured, kind, caring gentleman with a nice sense of humor, and his mission in life seems to be to help the customer in any way he can. Everything went smoothly, thanks also to other employees doing their jobs very well. This dealership seems to work like a well-oiled machine. Great coffee for the customers, as well! Thank you, Jeff and the whole team, for a very nice experience!
