These guys were very professional. I was in and out super fast and treated respectfully the whole time. I wanted the 2019 Rav4 hybrid XSE and they had the exact color in stock with all the features I wanted. Nader was my terrific salesperson, just helpful, patient and relaxed throughout the afternoon. Dave Proctor did my paperwork and he was efficient and friendly while explaining everything clearly. So much better than your average frenetic dealership. Thank you, Putnam!!!

Its totally understable why this place has 4.5 stars - I'm blown away by how kind and patient the staff here is. We typically go to a service center near our house and haven't been to the dealer before. A recall came up so we brought our car in. I will always go here now, the waiting room and this epic coffee maker, as well as fresh fruits and tempting carbs. Nice atmosphere nice staff good food and coffee - Putnam should open a cafe! Thank you for taking care of us we will be back!

I had gotten into an accident about two weeks ago with my Toyota Prius and my car was totaled from it. I was already interested in the Toyota RAV4 but another dealership was very mean to me and couldn't meet our expectations. After being referred to Putnam Toyota by my uncle and finding out that my Prius was actually also purchased at Putnam Toyota, I decided to give them a visit to see their inventory. Darren was very knowledgeable about the differences in each RAV4 model so I could understand which one fit best for me. He pretty much sold me on my second time seeing the RAV4 and it just so happened that the one I was looking at was the color I wanted. After I decided I wanted to buy the car, Darren and Bruce were able to cut me a price I couldn't refuse and because of their excellent customer service, I came back the next day with my cashier's check to buy my car. After all the paperwork was done and signed, Darren stayed very late so I could learn all the technology and functions in my new car. He made me so comfortable with my purchase that I knew I shouldn't buy it anywhere else. My uncle has a long history of buying cars from them so knowing my family bought a lot of cars from them, it was an easy decision to make. Thank you Putnam Toyota!!

Last weekend we visited Putnam to look at a Sienna that seemed to be a reasonable fit for our preferences. Abdul, the salesman who helped us test drive the car, patiently spent a lot of time explaining the features and answering our questions. When we decided that we actually wanted a different configuration than any that seemed available anywhere, the manager, Eric Brooks, followed up with an email that said he had located several Siennas (somewhere) that had been made in that unusual configuration. Although the one that fits our criteria is in a color we do not care for, we appreciate the effort. We have decided to pursue a custom order (probably a 2020 model at this point) with our local Toyota dealership, and therefore cannot comment on the purchase experience, but we wanted to pass along our appreciation for the positive shopping experience at Putnam.

I must say our car buying experience was great! Worked with Eddy Goldman and there was no hard sell at all...really. Time to turn in my suburban as the kids are all grown and wanted a smaller SUV, better gas mileage, but didn't want it to be boring. Ended up with the Highlander AWD in the Nightshade trim package. I got the white with all black, which my kids used to call stormtrooper. I think it looks great. Eddy was so nice and made this experience a pleasure. He has a great sense of humor and is fun and upbeat, and not pushy in the least bit. If you are in the market for a car I highly suggest going to see Eddy G. Similarly, Michael Dobres, the Finance Manager, was also very nice and didn't try to sell us everything under the sun to protect the interior, exterior, blah blah blah. He tells you about the extended warranty and lets you decide. All in all this was an awesome experience! Thanks Eddy :)
