Several days ago, I came to Putnam Toyota to try and lease 2019 Camry.Jeff Hershmam worked with me for several hours on the lease price / conditions. It was no easy task, because leasing a Camry was a much better deal 3 years ago when I leased my previous one.However, thanks to Jeff's patience, professionalism, vast experience and diligent work on all the details, we managed to conclude the deal.Jeff is a good-natured, kind, caring gentleman with a nice sense of humor, whose mission in life seems to be to help the customer in any way he can. The dealership worked like a well-oiled machine to ensure a good customer experience.Jeff keeps in touch all this time AFTER I left the dealership, in order to make sure that everything is all right with the new car, and he keeps offering help / advice.Thank you, Jeff and the whole team, for the wonderful experience!
