This is long overdue, as I bought a car from Putnam Toyota back in September. I had a very specific car and color in mind, and one of the few places I could find it was Putnam. I've had bad experiences with other local Toyota dealerships in the past, so I didn't hold out much hope. Happily, my expectations were completely blown out of the water. I sent a message requesting pricing on the CHR that I was interested in, and Eric Brooks reached out to me early the next day (impressive considering that I sent the message late in the night!). He was able to give me the information I needed and we were able to negotiate the price over email - important for me, as I have a then-four month old and my time is extremely valuable. We had all the details set and made an appointment that evening for me to drive and purchase the vehicle. I got an email from him mid-afternoon letting me know the car had already been detailed and prepared and was ready to go! I went up that evening, met Eric, took the car for a drive and immediately bought it. The entire time, he was helpful, friendly and informative. The entire process was so easy and the amount of time between my first email to Putnam and driving away in my new CHR was less than 24 hours! Eric also emailed me to check in a few days later, to see if I had any questions and make sure everything was good. I am sad that Putnam is not near my house, as I would not hesitate to use them for service. I will definitely be returning to Putnam and Eric in the future any time I need a new vehicle.
