I had not purchased a new car in a while so I dreaded the experience. I visited several car dealerships. Fortunately, I encountered Noli Bati, an outstanding sales rep with over 20 years' experience at Putnam. Noli is very customer focused with outstanding interpersonal skills. He was the only sales rep who was able to answer all my questions. Putnam is a family owned business and I felt Noli treated us as a member of their family during the buying process. Quite frankly I thought all the cars I looked at I could see myself buying and so it ultimately came down to what dealer and people do I most value and trust. To me it was Putnam Toyota and Noli Bati. Also kudos to Dave Proctor who came to our house to wrap up some paperwork. I am looking forward to enjoying my new Camry for many years and am confident that I can rely on Putnam should any problems arise.
