They were not pushy at all and made sure my questions were addressed completely. This made this transaction smooth, quick, and easy considering I'm a first-time buyer. We just had the greatest experience with our salesman Abdul at Toyota Putnam, we wanted the Camry XSE and they had it. We were offered a ride as soon as go got there and in the same car we wanted along with a detailed explanation of every button and function of the car. I felt really good when Abdul was trying to show and sell the car to both me and my husband and not only my husband as it was in other dealers. To be honest we got the greatest deal for our credit score. Abdul was very understanding and answer all of my questions, gave us everything in his hand to get a comfortable monthly payment and got everything set up on our new car. I'm delighted and would recommend you to look for Abdul at Toyota Putnam, we went all the way from Oakland and it was worth it.

I just purchased another car there! They are not the cheapest offer, but they are absolutely the best service in the Bay Area! Sure the price does one of the major factors, for me, there is another factor that will affect my decision, the service. Darren is rock, for the past two times visit, he helped me way beyond what he should have done, he's well-knowledge on every car and model, patient on all my questions and concerns, and saved me so much time. I would never go to any other dealership if I need a third car in future. Long story short, if you ever need to buy a car and want a hassle-free deal, this is the place you go. You will not be disappointed.

If you need a new Toyota, give Abdul a ring. Very nice guy and easy salesperson to work with. Bought a Tundra from him - from the initial call to closing the deal. Had the car ready to view by the time I got to the dealership, and fought on my behalf to get the deal closed. A bit of back and forth as expected, but he made the process easy. Abdul got the car nicely detailed, filled up, and squared away before I drove it off the lot.
