We came in to check on Toyota Sienna and Luke has been very helpful explaining every detail on the different features of the van and gave us a great deal. Also, we were not expecting to take it home on the same day but Luke drove the van to our home. Extraordinary customer service experience.

Had a great experience with Jeff. My previous 3 year lease was just about up, so I filled out the online credit approval and received a call and email back within a hour. I requested a Rav4 and Jeff wanted to make sure the color and model was available to test drive for the next weekend. We were able to get in on a Saturday, test drove a Hybrid and loved it. The process was easy and painless! We will definitely come back.

5 stars for service. Just finished second visit. First was scheduled. Second was not. They took car of the problem while I was out if town. Car was ready for me when I returned. Even though I had after market work done to the car to complicate the trouble shooting, all was covered under warranty. Perfect experience.

The service department has the best customer service of any car dealership I've been to: friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and extremely personable. I usually go to Ryan but all the advisers are excellent.
