We had great time at Putnam Toyota!This was our first visit to Putnam Toyota. We got great 3years young Highlander. Our Labrador Mishka approved our choice by quickly jumping into his trunk right after we arrived home. We are very happy with warm and kind service provided by Jeff Hershman. Nice and flawless!!! 5 stars!!! David took care of financial part. Easy and simple like light breeze. I would recommend this place as number ONE when you need a car. Everyone MUST go to Putnam Toyota today!

Excellent service!

I must say, I had the worst misconceptions about used car dealers before I actually dove into my recent car search. Specifically, John Elgelda provided excellent customer service at Putname Toyota, taking me out for a test drive and going over similar models, answering all of my questions to the best of his abilities. He never once tried to sell me on something I didn't need (something I seemed to experience more in searching for a new car elsewhere) and never pressured me in making any decisions at the time of our meeting. I didn't buy a car here, but recommend it to those in search of a used car.
