They were able to get me same day appointment for maintenance service. Facility is clean and they provide coffee and bagels/pastries. Staff was friendly (Darlene, Henk, Louigie, Jesse). They don't do free car wash here after service unlike some Toyota dealerships, but they were able to throw in free vacuuming. :)
