We just bought a Rav4 from Mark. Mark showed us several cars with no hint of impatience. He listened to everything we wanted and made appropriate suggestions. The car we purchased was exactly what we wanted. Mike, the Finance Manager, was so easy to work with and inspired an immediate feeing of trust. We left the dealership feeling like we had known these people all of our lives. I can't imagine buying another car anywhere else.
