I took my SUV in yesterday for a brake job and as always, they took great care of me and my car. This department always gets overlooked due to nobody really wanting to pay for repair services, routine or not. But I want to extend my gratitude, long overdue, to their team. Jesus and Matt took care of me yesterday, but on other occasions, it's been Wesley, Ryan, etc. and they've always been terrific with every scheduled and routine service and why I continue to use Putnam service to keep my car in top shape. But the true mark of service is how they treat everyone else when you're not looking, and they were very gracious, courteous, and warm to a full waiting room, specifically to an older lady by just listening to her. Top notch!
