I came here with my parents looking for a Corolla that we saw in an ad. We were promptly greeted by Darren, who was very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful - but never pushy. He invited us to test drive the car and after taking it around the block a few times I knew I wanted it. He welcomed any questions and comments we had and never once pressured us. Unfortunately the car that was advertised in the ad was white, which is not exactly my favorite. I was hoping to get the car in gray, so Darren did his best to get that car for me while honoring the same price. After going back and forth a couple times, he came back with good news! And now I don't have to hitch hike my way home. :) The manager, (Mike?) was also very helpful. He was very thorough and while I'm pretty clueless with this kind of stuff, he made the procedure seem very smooth and easy. Not only that, but he was very cheery and personable, and even recommended all these restaurants in the area that we should try. I gladly give Putnam Toyota 5 stars and am grateful for their service!
