I Recently purchased my 6th Toyota from Eric Brooks at Putnam Toyota and will definitely purchase my 7th from him as well! The process is painless!! I live 5 miles from another Bay Area Toyota dealer, but their high pressure sales people (along with general lack of knowledge about their cars) turned me away years ago. Now when I'm ready for a new Toyota I email Eric and work out the details then head in for what feels like a meeting with an old friend! Its a quick and honest transaction! In addition, George Ferrier the Finance Manager is a gem and the only finance person I will work with at Putnam! George takes the time to explain all of the finance options and never fails to get me the lowest possible interest rate!! AND again, no pressure to buy anything extra! I have referred several friends to Eric and George and am happy to report they too had positive and pleasant experiences! Give them a try - you won't be disappointed!
