I honestly have nothing negative to say about this facility. I've purchased two vehicles from here of course within a reasonable amount of time frame in between. My first purchase was in 2013 and my second purchase was in 2018. I've recommended this place to all of my family members and they've each picked up a vehicle from here and from the same sales person. If ever you are interested in a vehicle from Putnam Toyota. The absolute sales person to seek would be Mr. Eric Brooks! He's been helpful and very knowledgeable in the field. He made purchasing a vehicle hassle free and was able to find the exact vehicle every one was interested in. The financial person was just as helpful as well. The go to person for that would be Anthoni. He was able to work out a miracle with interest rates that would benefit us. Long story short: Putnam Toyota is the go to place and the sales person and finance person is most definitely Eric Brooks and Anthoni.
