My husband just bought a Sienna Ltd AWD for our family at Putnam Toyota and, as usual, the car buying experience was completely stress-free and easy. He worked with Eddy and Abdul and both salesmen were professional and helped us every step of the way. From handling our trade-in to linking our phones to the new Sienna to scheduling our first routine maintenance appointment they did everything with a smile on their face and a great sense of humor. We live in the East Bay and drive to Burlingame specifically to buy at Putnam. We have purchased three Toyotas at Putnam over the years and every time they have been nothing but honest, friendly, and fair.
