We walked into Putnam Toyota with the intention of having a look around. We were doing some comparison shopping without a firm purchase timetable. Darren greeted us warmly and proceeded to show us a Highlander we asked to see. He was clearly very interested to learn about our auto needs and happy to show us the various style options that could meet our criteria. We saw several models and Darren was able to clearly articulate the differences between the various styles. We ultimately agreed that the Highalander Limited with the Platinum package was the car for us. Darren took us through the difficult financial piece with as much ease and thorough handling as he did the sales process and handed us over to Mike for the contracts and service package sales.
