My experience here was very brief and only involved the service department. I brought my car in to get looked at because I received a letter from the company stating a part in my car was recalled and needed to be replaced. I called Putnam Toyota and made an appointment without any problems. When I arrived on Saturday morning, there wasn't a long line to get into the service department. I just drove right in and was immediately attended to. The guy I spoke to was very helpful, knowlegable, and answered all of my questions (about that day's service, as well as a quote on replacing my brakes). He told me they would have it done before noon (my appt was at 9am) and sure enough, I got a call at around 11:30 to pick up my car. Since the service was due to a recall notice, I did not incur any cost.
