First time at Putnam Toyota - and was very very happy with the experience. Eric Brooks was completely good on his word to "make the car buying experience a better one for you". There were no tricks, no games, and no slimy sales techniques. I can be a bit difficult to work with and Eric was both patient and responsive. We were in and out in less than 1.5 hours (which was my main goal).
