Hi everyone! I haven't written too many reviews, but when you receive customer service that just leaves you ecstatic and on cloud nine for your 2-HR drive back home, a compliment is in order! Shannon Warner, an Internet Sales Manager, is the guy to see to purchase your new or used Toyota/Scion. I purchased a 2014 Scion xD (5500mi!!) from him and he was by my side from start to finish. I found his CraigsList ad and he had the option to TEXT him-unheard of! I was skeptical the car and ad were real, but he responded quickly to my text and even more quickly to my test of emailing the Carfax!! The car and Shannon were real, so I scheduled an appointment and headed down to nab the car. He helped me fill out my forms, got me a slight discount for my car, made sure I got a little something for my trade in (when value was zilch), and even calculated payments for me with comparisons of interest rates and length of loan. I was in and out in 2.5hrs- my record for buying a car so far! Woah and wow! Shannon's personality is laid-back and caring. Please go see him and he'll ensure you leave with your new (or new to you) car feeling confident and happy.
