I am writing another review, because we got another car here and had another great experience with Abdul. This is my 3rd lease through Putnam toyota, and working with Abdul has been wonderful each time. On this particular visit, we were looking to upgrade the car and end the lease a bit early to accomodate our growing family. Last time I had leased, we were not yet expecting any children and the Rav4 that i was driving was perfect for my business needs. After baby #1, and now baby #2 on the way we knew we wanted something bigger to fit not only our family of 4 but also our dog. The Highlander is what I had my eye on, and I knew who to call when we were ready to make the switch. Abdul got us looking at the versions we wanted to test drive and on the road in no time - and we had our perfect Highlander picked out by an hour later. He held it for us overnight so we could come back the next day with plenty of time to handle the paperwork. Abdul got us a great deal on a package that was way more than we were looking for. We are so pleased with our lease and I am happy to have worked with Abdul again. He has not only leased to me, but also sold cars to others in my family, and I know he's our go-to guy when we have car needs. He was prompt in responding to phone calls and text messages, and was so sweet to us and our daughter. Thank you Abdul! Also, on another note: bringing in my leased cars for service has always been a total breeze. They are on time and I never feel like I'm waiting for an unprecedented amount of time. Scheduling is super easy, and I have had great experiences every time.
