This was probably the best car buying experience in the Bay Area. If you're on the market for a new car, you can't beat the selection and prices at Putnam. If you're really focused on Toyotas for their new Safety Sense safety features on all their 2018 models, Putnam Toyota is the place to go. And if you are internet savvy and prefer to do much of your research and buying online like me, Jeff Hershman is your man. Jeff is the internet and fleet sales manager at Putnam Toyota. Jeff reserved the exact year, model, trim, color and features I wanted without overselling. MyHopscotch, a new car buying broker made the appointment for me with Jeff. When we arrived, Jeff was waiting with a smile and settled us into his office. We started chatting up like we were old friends and then before we got to the paperwork, Jeff said, let's go test drive your new car. Jeff allowed us plenty of time to get familiar with the car on the road then offered to show us how to use and preset stations on the radio, Bluetooth for our phones, go through all the features like Safety Sense, cruise control, rear view camera and mirrors, voice recognition, child safety seat setup, and more. Back in the dealership, Jeff offered up cappuccinos and pastries before we headed back to his office, so we would be alert and not go hungry. We chatted for a few minute exchanging personal stories. He walked us through all the features, services, terms and conditions and prepared us for our next and final step. We headed next door to Mike's office in financing. Mike greeted us warmly and made us feel at home just like Jeff did. We got to chatting up for a few minutes then dove straight into the financing paperwork. Mike didn't try to over sell us but did provide the couple extras we were comfortable with. All in all, we were out the door in our new blue on black 2018 Corolla SE in under 2 hours and for a great price. We couldn't have asked for an easier, smoother transact with the car we wanted. I look forward to my first service appointment that Jeff made. I highly recommend Putnam Toyota and Jeff Hershman for your new car needs. I know I will bring more business.
