Jaime Renderos helped my dad and I purchase a truck. He was patient and took us to 2 of the dealership's parking lots to search for different truck options. He went the extra mile by installing separately ordered accessories himself, which included tire locks on the 4 tires, a special key lock on the spare tire, and the mud guards. My dad was pretty pleased with Jaime's service and personality. I only wish the dealership would have negotiated a better price. Everyone at the dealership seemed unwilling to negotiate a price on the vehicle lower than the MSRP. The dealership simply stated that they had no sales promotions. We could have saved much more money at another dealership but decided to go with Putnam Toyota because of their good overall reviews. In the end we at least got a decent deal on the maximum extended warranty and maximum service plans. Jaime also hooked us up with a small gift which was nice.
