Recently purchased a used Lexus here. While I was not sure management was interested in me leaving more than satisfied, Hendrick, my sales associate, did everything in his power to give me the best service possible. I was also given many options at closing, and not one option was presented with trickery or hassle. I appreciate family owned companies and hope they continue to keep doing well by their associates. No business is anything w/o their associates.
