Being NOT a fan of the auto purchasing/leasing process (!), I did some research to find a Toyota dealership and a sales professional with reasonable public reviews to help me with the process. I read about Jeff Hershman at Putnam Toyota and gave him a call. Jeff promptly replied and over several phone calls we worked out all of the details of a specific vehicle; I never set foot in Putnam Toyota until the delivery of the new vehicle which was a big time saver. Subsequently, there were some glitches in the installation of some add-on equipment which caused some logistical issues for us. To ease the process, Jeff personally drove a loaner car to our home, swapped it for our new car, took it back to the dealership and at the end of the day returned our new car to our home.
