Like many people I was trying to get in on the year-end deals. I had traveled to several Toyota locations: Milpitas, Dublin, San Bruno, Capitol Expressway and of course Burlingame. I fell in love with Putnam because: they actually greeted me. Treated me like a human. Looked beyond the fact that I am a young woman of color (other locations pretended i was invisible). Lastly, this location is not your typical aggressive sales dealership and that is what i loved about it. Jeff kept telling me "if i don't love it, i don't love it!! it's going to be yours so make sure you love it!!" he wanted me to leave happy!! He didn't care about the commission. Mike, their Finance guy was awesome!! he worked his butt to get me more and more discounts.
