I recently purchased my new car from Putnam Toyota, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Not only did Jeff Hershman (who sold me the car) provide the most competitive price quote compared to ELEVEN other Toyota dealerships in the area, but he was also professional, polite, and friendly. Car buying can sometimes feel like an adversarial process. But not at Putnam Toyota, and not with Jeff Hershman. They make the whole process a breeze! Jeff was awesome from the get-go; he was responsive, attentive, and handled the price negotiation in a respectful way. He makes you feel comfortable, like you are talking to a friend. That's a rarity in the car sales business. Like Jeff, Michael Dobres was also fantastic; he was patient, answered all my questions, and didn't try to sell me add-ons I didn't want or need. A big factor in my decision to go with Putnam was their excellent ratings on Yelp. I am happy to say their ratings are well deserved.
