ask for eric brooks. he'll take care of you. i had a really bad experience with City Toyota (read my review of them) eric was honest, and went the extra mile to make sure my purchase went as smoothly as possible. the deal he gave me wasn't low as City's, but the customer service was worth an extra few hundred dollars. and that's no joke. City made me feel like i had to earn their business, rather than the other way around. putnam was great!
