Eric Brooks made my first buy a very pleasant experience! My whole negotiation experience was done through texts and emails. He was quick and concise with responses, and made the whole process painless. In person, he was very personable and not pushy whatsoever. He was also very detail-oriented, explaining the different features of my new car, making sure I was well informed. Before I drove my car off the lot, he also offered to schedule my first service for me. We also had some good laughs with Mike, the Finance manager. He made the paperwork process -dare I say- enjoyable. He, like Eric, also made sure I was well-informed. I ended up getting extended warranty. Both Eric and Mike stayed past closing time to make sure the whole process went smoothly, and not one moment did I feel rushed. Putnam Toyota is a rare find and really not like your ordinary dealership (no rip offs, no mind games). I'd gladly make my next purchase from them and recommend them to family and friends!
