Above and beyond customer service!I have been searching for the new 2017 Toyota Prius Prime in a specific trim and uncommon color and after getting my husband to call about 40 dealerships around the west coast, we couldn't find ANYONE that had it. Everyone was telling me it it would be 3 months before I could get one! Jeff Hershman really went above and beyond to work with us to match us up with one coming in a week later. My husband had daily follow-up calls with Jeff to make sure we could get it as soon as it came in. The car came in as promised - the buying experience was great too!Jeff really took the time to walk through all the features/knobs of the vehicle to me before I drove it off the lot, even though I was already sold on getting it. He even let me know about a special $100 deal on free charging from ChargePoint.Kudos, Jeff and staff, for making this a great buying experience!
