We bought a Tundra last weekend. Before the purchase, I have done my research and have been in contact with Jeff all along. Jeff has been prompt, polite and not overly pushy, which I appreciated. We live near San Jose and didn't want to pass the deal Jeff offered because it is the best overall. When we arrived for the appointment, Jeff has already been prepared. The entire process from the moment we were in the dealer till we drove off with the new vehicle is easier and shorter than previous ones in other dealers. I recommend Jeff and the dealer.
