Victor Contreras was the best car salesman I've ever dealt with. Throughout the entire process, we never felt undo pressure to buy the car. With a typical car salesman, that pressure is a big turn off. With Victor, we felt very comfortable. He stuck to the facts. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product. He knew the ins/outs of every component on the car, and was very objective in how he explained the benefits of the 2015 highlander, especially the safety features. Lastly, I'll say that his even temperament and calm demeanor goes a long way to gaining trust from the customer. Thanks to him, we (actually, my wife) have a new Highlander!
