Jeff Hershman and the rest of the team at Putnam Toyota are the bees knees. Top-notch service!! I was looking for a new Prius c and shopped around a little bit. After exchanging a few lighthearted emails with Jeff, I knew he was the guy I was going to buy from. We made an appointment with him..showed up a little early but were taken care of by another woman in the office, Edie (@f0 maybe). She was great, showed us where the Prius C's were and let us loose on the lot to look around before Jeff got there. From the test drive to the whole transaction Jeff was an absolute pleasure to work with. We got such a great price from the get-go there was no need to haggle over price. Finance guy, Michael, was a great in getting the deal done. We love our new Prius and love the service we received at Putnam. Look no further.
