Based on previous experiences, I was dreading going to car dealership, but they had the car I wanted so I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I changed my mind because this was the best dealership experience I've had and I drove away with a new (used) car. John Elgelda helped me and the experience was great. He wasn't pushy and gave me and my wife the distance to talk through the decision. Negotiating with him was actually pretty pleasant and we ended up agreeing on what I think was a pretty fair deal. If I'm ever in the market for a new car again, I'd stop by and see John.
