Purely Painless. At 28 this was my first new car buying experience. Phil Anderson at Putnam Toyota made my experience very easy. My wife recently bought a different make car from a dealer in the East Bay and it was nothing but negative. She had to haggle over price and decline extras that she clearly did not want and had to fight to get a fair amount for her trade in. Phil treated me with respect, did not talk down to me, gave me a fair price for my trade and gave me a monthly payment I could live with. Plus, with Toyota's "pure pricing" there is total transparency in the buying process. All prices and interest rates are posted on their website so you know what to expect going in. Thay had the model I wanted in stock, in the color I was looking for with the extras I wanted. I walked in and drove away with my '08 Scion tc that day. I highly recommend this dealership. My next car will be a Putnam Toyota and I plan to see Phil for that car. Thanks Phil!
