I had an awesome car buying experience with Mark Putnam, the internet fleet sales manager. He was very knowledgeable, straight-forward, understanding, and sincere. And he treated me like a person (i'm a female). I asked for an out-of-door price over the internet and he gave me one! I did not realize how rare this was until i had asked other dealers for their out-of-the-door price and none gave it to me. Mark did not add any other fees or try to jack up the price once we were there. And, lastly he was not at all creepy or slimy. I hesitate to give them 5 stars because of the auto care prepaid maintenance package they were trying to sell me. The guy (not Mark) quoted me at $1995 minus $600 (a coupon) for a total of $1395. The $600 coupon was for the July 4th weekend. I told the guy that i would think about it and call him in about a week. The reason i wanted to wait on it was b/c i read one of the reviewers below state that they paid $2K for it even tho it was priced way below that. So when i got home, i checked the toyota website and the same package cost $1355 (for the premium "every 5,000 miles, 4 yr / 55,000 mi -- the same thing they were trying to sell me)!!! you can check the website here: toyotafinancial.com/cons….
