I've had some very bad used-car buying experiences, and before today, I would much rather have gone to the dentist to have a molar extracted, but Jeff Hershman has a very low-to-no-pressure attitude. He listened to us and, most importantly, didn't try to tell us what we wanted or try to upsell us. When I called, instead of pulling a bait-and-switch, he told me that the car I'd seen online was still on the lot, and then, when we got there, it actually was! The car was on special, so there was no movement on the price, but having done some comparison shopping, and having looked at reviews of the local Toyota dealerships in Marin, we decided the car and the dealership were worth driving the 45 minutes for. We're glad we did.
