I reached a point where I needed to upgrade to a larger car for my kids and their friends and all their gear. So, I walked in to to Putnam Toyota to look at the Sienna. Victor Contreras was so patient and knowledgeable and never pushy. We looked at a couple of other minivans (Honda and Chrysler) that same day but decided to go with the Sienna because of Victor.
