Called Jeff Hershman out of the blue on Friday, I live in Central California and was doing research for my mother's potential new car. I clearly explained what she needed and what was expected---Jeff at Putnam delivered. He and I talked real numbers on a car on the lot. Everything was perfect--my mom left work and executed the deal for her new car. Jeff was great. The final monthly payment was less than quoted--which is always nice. Great job Jeff and Putnam.
