Putnam responded same day when I sent an inquiry through Toyota's website. They offered better lease pricing out of the gate than other Toyota dealerships in the area. I went in and it took about 2 hours on a rainy Black Friday to return my last leased vehicle and drive off in a new one. This is half the time it took at another Bay Area Toyota dealership 3 years ago - when I wasn't even returning a car. Jeff Hershman was nice to work with, and communicative afterwards via email and text. No issues. I'd lease from Putnam again.
