This review is based on my purchase of a 2013 Prius Persona. Went in to see the Prii family, as I was interested in a hybrid. I dropped in early Monday morning and was greeted warmly by Victor. I told him I wanted to see a Prius and he led me directly to their lot. He allowed me to take as much time as I needed to examine the interior and exterior of all 3 models - Prius, C, and V. All the while explaining to me the differences of each model and trim level. I've been to a lot of dealerships and met many salesmen who knew less about the vehicles than I did. Not this time. Victor knew every little detail and every difference among the many trims levels. Victor suggested I look at the Prius Persona, but I shied because i liked to look of the C. We eventually took a Prius C for a test drive and I really liked it. After the test drive, he helped me make an informed decision by giving me some purchasing options. I told him that I would need time to talk it over with my wife. He was very understanding and did not try to push me into a sale that day. Excellent service in my book. The next day, he emailed me to follow up. And let me know when he would be around next. My wife and I decided to go ahead and get serious with the standard Prius. Hoping to see Victor again, we returned to Putnam on Friday morning. Unfortunately, he was not in at the time. But luckily we were helped by a very helpful and insightful salesman, Abdul. Like Victor, he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with our questions. He took us for a test drive that allowed both my wife and I to drive the car. After little negotiation, Abdul helped us secure the price we wanted to pay for the car with great financing to boot. Mike in the finance department was also helpful, explaining all the warranty options and going through the paperwork clearly and efficiently. We were in a bit of a time crunch and Mike got us out just in time. I would definitely recommend Putnam Toyota to anyone looking for a good deal on the Peninsula. They have clean facilities, great service, helpful service staff, and friendly salespeople. We will definitely purchase again from Putnam Toyota. Go see Victor or Abdul if you want a great deal on a PRIUS!
